Knight,
A knight who neglects his armour does not survive the battlefield.
A man who neglects his nutrition does not survive the war of life.
We live in an era where the modern man is under siege, not by swords and shields, but by ultra-processed food, endocrine-disrupting chemicals, and sugar-laden traps that weaken his body, dull his mind, and destroy his discipline.
📉 Alarming truth -
• The average man today is 15 kg heavier and has 25% lower testosterone than his grandfather.
• Over 70% of supermarket food contains ultra-processed ingredients linked to hormonal imbalance, brain fog, and chronic inflammation.
• Male fertility rates have halved in the last 40 years, and nutrition is one of the biggest culprits.
